I'm the type of
dieter who starts fixating on a pizza on Monday and by Wed I find
myself sitting in front of a half eaten double cheese and pepperoni.
The day HoodiaRush arrived, I weighed in at 211 lbs. I've been
taking it for four weeks and I'm now at 194 lbs. So, I've lost 17
lbs! The good thing is that I just don't think about food. It's like
the hunger switch got turned off.
I've gone from
eating a big breakfast, a lot of snacks and a ton of drive-through
fast food to eating a Balance Bar for breakfast, a grilled chicken
salad for lunch and something small for dinner - like a can of
vegetarian chili. If I do snack I'll grab a handful of almonds, a
banana or a couple carrots, and honestly, at times I have to remind
myself to eat. I haven't had any side effects or the high/low blood
sugar I always get when I diet. Actually, I don't even feel like I'm
dieting because the process has been effortless.
