Too little pressure will not move enough blood properly, nor will it provide the necessary exertion to fill the cell tissue to capacity, forcing the cell walls to break down and expand. In other words, too little pressure will give you little if any results.

Likewise, too much pressure can be equally ineffective by not allowing you to push an even flow of blood to the cells. Too much pressure can have a tourniquet effect on your penis, trapping the blood and preventing it to flow anywhere.

 

Too much pressure can also cause discomfort which will make the exercises seem more difficult and less fun than they really are. Finally, too much pressure can cause bruising, requiring you to rest for a few days (and miss your workouts) until the bruises heal.

The best gauge for the proper amount of pressure is your own body. I find it hard to keep a firm grip while performing stretching exercises, what should I do?

When beginning our exercises, many men become excited by some of the techniques. This is perfectly natural. Your penis is accustomed to getting hard from stimulation because it is always being used for the same thing: get hard, get stimulated, achieve orgasm and ejaculate. After a few weeks, your penis will begin to get accustomed to the exercises as you develop greater erection and ejaculatory control.

But during the early stages, if you get an erection during an exercise which doesn't call for one, simply pause for a few moments to let it subside. A brief pause while exercising will not effect your results in any way.

If you are really having  trouble from not being able to keep your erections down during the exercise, please concentrate on the blood within your penis leaving while performing the exercise. Mental focus is very efficient when utilized properly.

 

 

Can I ejaculate right before, during, or after exercising?

No. If possible, try to avoid ejaculating right before, during or after exercising. When you ejaculate, your body goes through several chemical and physical changes which can diminish your results. For instance, when you ejaculate, your blood testosterone levels begin to drop and your penile connective tissues constrict as well.

Therefore, it is best to wait at least 3 hours after completion of the workout before ejaculating. It is equally important not to ejaculate for at least 2 hours before exercising.

And under no circumstances should you ejaculate during your workout. This will definitely impede your progress. If you develop the urge to ejaculate while exercising, we suggest that you pause until your urge has subsided, then you can resume where you left off.

 

 

After I exercise, I feel sore. Is this normal?

Yes, some soreness is normal, especially within the first 2 weeks of using penis enlargement techniques while your penis is adjusting to the exercises. Make sure that you are using enough proper lubrication, as this is often the reason why users experience discomfort.

You may also experience soreness if you do not perform the warm up before and after each workout. The hot wraps warm up and warm down are very important and will help to diminish any discomfort.

Again, some discomfort or soreness is normal in the early stages of your workout program and should pass as your penis gets used to the exercises.
