Can I ejaculate right before, during, or after exercising?

avoid ejaculating right before, during or after exercising. When you ejaculate, your body goes through several chemical and physical

after completion of the workout before ejaculating. It is equally important

And under no
circumstances should you ejaculate during your workout. This will definitely
impede your progress. If you develop the urge to ejaculate while exercising,
we suggest that you pause until your urge has subsided, then you can resume
where you left off.
After I exercise, I feel sore. Is this normal?

Yes, some soreness is normal, especially within the first 2 weeks of using
penis enlargement techniques while your penis is adjusting to the exercises. Make sure that
you are using enough proper lubrication, as this is often the reason why
