Move the
blood, not the skin.
Stretching or
pulling on your skin is totally unnecessary and ineffective.
If you find yourself stretching and pulling your skin, or if you concentrate
heavily on your foreskin, especially uncircumcised men, then you are not
doing the exercises properly and you will not see
adequate results.

The firmness of your grip are of utmost importance when performing jelq
exercises.
Too little pressure will not move enough blood properly, nor will it provide
the necessary exertion to fill the cell tissue to capacity, forcing the cell
walls to break down and expand. In other words, too little pressure will
give you little if any results.
Likewise, too much pressure can be equally ineffective by not allowing you
to push an even flow of blood to the cells. Too much pressure can have a
tourniquet effect on your penis, trapping the blood and preventing it to
flow anywhere.
Too much
pressure can also cause discomfort which will make the exercises seem more
difficult and less fun than they really are. Finally, too much pressure can
cause bruising, requiring you to rest for a few days (and miss your
workouts) until the bruises heal.
How do I know I apply proper
pressure when jelqing?

The best gauge for the proper amount of pressure is your own body. Keep
a close eye on your penis and if you begin to notice any dark blemishes
(bruises), then that is a clear indication of too much pressure. You should
not feel discomfort while you exercise, so if you do, then once again you
are using too much pressure.
But if you cannot feel the movement of blood
within your penis, then you are using too little pressure.
Again, remember when jelqing, your grip should be firm and tight around the shaft. Tight enough
to move the blood, but not so tight that it causes discomfort or bruising.

is no specific time frame in which you have to workout. A lot of men do
their workout first thing in the morning while others do it before they
go to bed at night. The actual time of day you choose will not affect

rebuild. Exercising more than once per day will not allow your cells enough

We recommend that you workout
at the maximum of 5 days per week. On the other 2 days or more of
the week, you must rest your penis, which is essential for healing and cell
re-growth. Although it may seem that you are wasting time during these rest
days, nothing could be further from the truth.
In fact, your biggest gains
will come on your days off as your cells are given a chance to fully
regenerate after a few prior days of exercise. Many men spend years or more
trying to achieve enlargement, but never seem to grow. This is because they
never take enough time to allow their cell tissue to heal.
After being
stretched and expanded to capacity during exercise, your tissue requires
sufficient time to rejuvenate. This can only be accomplished through the 2

Can I
take several days off from exercising?

Taking several days off at a time or not performing all of the required
exercises will set you back weeks in terms of your progress. You don't have
to be perfect, but you do need to be consistent if you are serious about
getting real results.
We understand that there may be times when you cannot do your scheduled
workout. But even on days when it is impossible to do a full workout, you
can still do a PC exercise while driving to work.

Can I use lotions as

not recommend using lotions or other forms of skin treatment products for
jelqing because they evaporate very fast and you will use them up quickly.

Do NOT use soap or shampoo either! These
can irritate the skin when applied vigorously and for long periods. It can
also dry out the skin severely, causing it to crack and peel for a few days.
Furthermore, it can sting if it gets into the hole (the urethral opening) at

I find it hard to keep a firm grip while performing stretching exercises, what
should I do?

have emailed us explaining that when they use a little bit of baby powder on
their hands when performing stretching exercises, they can keep a
better grip and their penis does not slide out from the grip as much.
We have found this to be true, so if you are having problems keeping a tight
rip throughout a stretch, a little baby powder should help tremendously.

difficult for me to perform stretching exercises with my public hair. Can
I trim it?

Yes, it is a great idea in fact. Trimming your public hair will make your workout more comfortable by preventing hairs from being

warm up?

warm up each time you workout. The procedure should not be considered
optional as it serves several important purposes.
First, the heat from the
hot wrap helps to loosen connective tissues so they can stretch more easily
