I have had Euro
Extender for two weeks. While I have nothing to compare it to, I feel it is a good design.
I am still in the starting process and figuring out a routine and how tight to put the silicone tube for the best tension. It would be very easy to over do it and I have chosen to go slow and not hurt myself. I use it three to four hours a day, usually one hour in the AM and then two in the PM.
I use the stretcher in addition to my regular routine. It is to early to see any effects but I feel it is a good tool to use and adds it to an existing routine. |
